Bodega Management System
Receiving, inventory, purchasing and fulfillment in one warehouse workspace.

01 / Overview
Behind the interface.
A warehouse inventory and operations platform built as a React 18 and TypeScript interface on an Express, Prisma and PostgreSQL API. It covers receiving, quality inspection, stock, assemblies, customer and packaging orders, purchasing and reporting, with a public landing page and fifteen operational screens behind sign in.
02 / Implementation
What makes it work.
Nineteen backend modules in a consistent routes, controller, service, repository shape, with Prisma as the only layer that speaks to the database.
Argon2id hashing for passwords and station PINs, httpOnly access and refresh cookies, account lockout, and permissions re-read on every request.
Sensitive actions such as stock adjustments, closing a delivery and finalizing a shipment require the password again, enforced by the API rather than the UI.
Every list view renders through one shared TanStack Table component with sorting, faceted filters, CSV export and state kept in the URL.
Cached read aggregates with namespace invalidation, Zod parsed input, Helmet with a deny-all CSP, an explicit CORS allow list, and a cache driver that swaps to Redis in production.
