E-Commerce / Project 03
andyou.ph
Headless medical commerce, from storefront to the operations behind it.
01 / Overview
Behind the interface.
A production medical-ecommerce platform built at RX Labs — migrated from Shopify to a custom headless stack on Medusa and Payload CMS, spanning storefront, admin operations, a doctor portal, and internal workflows, with a multi-provider payment orchestrator and Flutter mobile features.
02 / Implementation
What makes it work.
Headless commerce on Medusa + Payload CMS across storefront, admin, and doctor portal.
Supabase authentication with role-based access for admin, doctor, staff, and patient flows.
Multi-provider payment orchestration with refunds and reconciliation.
FastAPI webhook handlers, idempotent processing, and a Medusa store-credit system.
Automated tests (Jest, Pytest, Playwright); deployed on Medusa Cloud, Vercel, and DigitalOcean.
